Colorado Real Estate training license school

COLORADO CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSE RENEWAL

Complete a minimum of 24 hours of Continuing Education during your license cycle.
24 hours must include a minimum of 12 credit hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses (4-hour course taken annually each of 3 years) and 12 hours of elective credits
The required 24 hours of education must be completed prior to your license renewal date.

IMPORTANT NOTICE::
Should you have questions regarding eligibility requirements to qualify to become a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker, based on special circumstances such as previous licensing, licensed in other states, previous education or experience, etc., these answers can only be provided by the Colorado Real Estate Commission and should be addressed directly to them.
