COLORADO CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSE RENEWAL:
1.) The Colorado Licensee must Complete a minimum of 24 hours of Continuing Education during the 3 Year License Cycle.
2.) The 24 hours must include a minimum of 12 Credit Hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses (4-hour Course taken annually each of 3 years) and 12 hours of Elective Credits.
3.) The required 24 hours of Continuing Education must be completed prior to the License Renewal Date.
4.) Broker Reactivation Course:
a. Active Licensees may take this Course, during EVERY OTHER license cycle, to meet their CE requirements in lieu of rule B-2 (a).
b. This Course, once completed and passed, can be used to satisfy the full 24 hour continuing
