COLORADO CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSE RENEWAL

Complete a minimum of 24 hours of Continuing Education during your license cycle.

24 hours must include a minimum of 12 credit hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) Annual Update Courses (4-hour course taken annually each of 3 years) and 12 hours of elective credits

The required 24 hours of education must be completed prior to your license renewal date.
