TO ENROLL USING THE DEFERRED PAYMENT PLAN, YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS

2 Payment Plan

• You will pay the down payment due to Real Estate Training Center when you enroll in the program. Down payment consists of cost of any textbooks and processing fee for textbooks purchased and 1/2 of the total program cost.
• The 2 Payment Plan requires a non-refundable $25.00 application fee which is included in the total cost of your Enrollment Agreement.
• Any payment not received within five (5) days of date it is due will be subject to a $10 late fee. Delinquent payments will be cause for suspension of all privileges until delinquency is cured.

3 Payment Plan

• You will pay the down payment due to Real Estate Training Center when you enroll in the program. Down payment consists of cost of any textbooks and processing fee for textbooks purchased and 1/3rd of the total program cost. (See options below)
• You will pay the remaining amount due in two (2) equal, interest-free monthly payments due on the same day of each month as enrollment date. Example: Your payment will be determined by the date you enroll in classes (i.e., enrolled 3/13/08 - first payment due 4/13/08; enrolled 8/16/08 - first payment due 9/16/08), etc.
• The 3 Payment Plan requires a non-refundable $50.00 application fee which is included in the total cost of your Enrollment Agreement.
• I understand that installments are due on or before the same day of each month and once an installment is made, I understand that it is refundable only as outlined in Real Estate Training Center's Refund Policy in the Enrollment Agreement.
• Any payment not received within five (5) days of date it is due will be subject to a $10 late fee. Delinquent payments will be cause for suspension of all privileges until delinquency is cured.
